Returns / Refunds
Please note that all return request for defective merchandise must be received within 7 days of purchase. Standard returns must be approved and arrive in our warehouse no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. Missing item claims must be reported no later than 30 days from the date of purchase in order to qualify for a re ship or refund. Oral or personal contact items may not be returned. Damage / missing package claims must be reported to the shipping company within 30 days from the shipping date on the package using the provided tracking information located on the shipping label. Packages are insured for the value of the purchased product(s). It is the sole discretion of the shipping company to establish if the product will be replaced or refunded based on the nature of the damage. Claims not filed within 30 days of the shipping date will be denied. Any return received in the warehouse without return authorization will not be refunded and will not be returned to the shipper. Please note that due to Covid 19 any personal contact products may not be returned. If an oral or personal contact item is defective it will be replaced or repaired. Digital media such as video games, music, and movies may not be returned due to copyright regulations.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Please note free shipping offers apply to standard end user credit card purchases direct from our website. Third party and wholesale purchases do not apply. Oversize / overweight items are excluded from free shipping offer. Free shipping applies to domestic orders only.
